Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use and the User will accept that he has read and understood and accepted to be bound by this Privacy Policy by accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use and / or use / access to any of DGAgricultural Translations Content / services on the Platform.
This Privacy Policy contains terms of use, disclosure and accumulation of User information.
The user will provide certain information (including but not limited to first name, surname, email). DGAgricultural Translations takes the necessary measures to protect the information referred to; does not sell or market the information referred to; it only uses in the manner specified in this document. On the other hand, DGAgricultural Translations will not provide the guarantee for the protection of such information against unauthorized use or release. Users are obliged to protect and keep their personal information confidential. DGAgricultural Translations shall not be liable for any damage, loss, cost or adverse result in connection with such unauthorized use or release.
The User’s profile, language skills and/or username are displayed to facilitate the interaction of Users and to administer the services of DGAgricultural Translations. Except for the invitation of friends and certain notification, a User’s email address is not shared/displayed.
Users may communicate with each other in relation to translation services through the comments section on the platform, without disclosing their contact information (including but not limited to phone number, Google Talk, MSN Messenger)
Since any information released/shared on the Platform becomes “public information”, Users should be careful about the release of their personal information.
DGAgricultural Translations may share the Client Materials with potential Translators, for the sole purpose of allowing them to preview the content in order to decide whether it will cover the Translation Order. In this regard, Users are solely responsible for editing or deleting any confidential or personally identifiable information in Customer Materials if Users do not wish to release that information.
DGAgricultural Translations may archive and retain saved User information, including personal information in connection with the services provided on the Platform. Saved information will normally not be deleted, even if a user deletes their account. However, DGAgricultural Translations does not assume any obligation and guarantee to archive / save the referred information and does not guarantee that the referred information will subsequently be made available to the respective User.
Users’ personal information may be used for advertising, marketing, improvement/improvement/operation of services, research, statistical analysis, auditing and for any other communication activity.
DGAgricultural Translations cannot share the User’s information with third parties, except in the following cases. DGAgricultural Translations may share the User’s information
- with Translators to provide translation services,
- in accordance with legal requests from the courts and other legal authorities,
- with the aim of complying with the law or protecting your rights/interests/property/services/Platform.
- if DGAgricultural Translations assigns or transfers its rights, warranties or obligations to any third party,
- that does not refer to individually identifiable Users, for the purposes set forth in Article-9
Upon notification and written consent of the User, DGAgricultural Translations and/or other third parties that have a contractual relationship with DGAgricultural Translations, may be informed and introduced about new services, promotions, campaigns or similar matters for advertising and information purposes through SMS and/or email or any other communication tool, in relation to the Platform and its contents/services. If the User does not consent to the aforementioned notifications, the User may inform DGAgricultural Translations accordingly about his demand to leave the membership assigned for advertising and informational purposes on the Platform. On the other hand, DGAgricultural Translations reserves the right to notify Users in relation to announcements about services, service management.
For any matter not specified herein, the Terms and Conditions of Use shall apply.
